WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

 

WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT BE PROCESSED?

As soon as your order is placed, your payment will begin processing. A confirmation email will follow shortly after confirming payment.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT IS SUBMITTED?

If you need to make any change to your order, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact us with your order confirmation number and desired change within 24 hours of your order being placed. If done after the 24-hour period, then exchanges can be handled by returning the item once it has been received.

 

HOW IS SALES TAX CALCULATED?

All purchases that are shipped outside of the state of New York are tax-free. Given that BESPOKEN is a New York based company, items over $55 that are shipped within New York will be charged 8.875% sales tax.

 

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

BESPOKEN has put in place various procedural and technical measures to try to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology, which provides security while information is being sent over the Internet. SHIPPING QUESTIONS

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding major and national Holidays.

All orders received by 6PM EST on business days will be processed and shipped within twenty-four hours. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Once order is processed, please allow 2-5 business days for Fed Ex Express delivery. For Made-to-Measure orders, please allow approximately 3 weeks for FedEx Express delivery.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You may track your order through your shipping confirmation you'll be emailed. The email will contain your tracking number.

 

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
