Returns + Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We source our materials and select our factories to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. We will happily accept any item with a manufacturing defect for an exchange or refund.
- We accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused full-price merchandise with original BESPOKEN hang tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase at any BESPOKEN retail location or Bespokennewyork.com. We cannot accept returns purchased from our wholesale partners.
- Final sale merchandise – including merchandise discounted by 40% or more cannot be returned.
- Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, less shipping fees, upon receipt and processing of the returned item(s).
- Shipping charges for items you choose to return are non-refundable. Shipping charges incurred from Bespokennewyork.com orders will be refunded if the wrong item was sent or if the item sent was defective. If an exchange is needed for a different size, style or color, you will not be charged for shipping for that exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.
- For your security we suggest a trackable and insured shipping service as BESPOKEN is not responsible for the delivery of return packages. BESPOKEN cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
For international returns, any customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid on return shipments that pass through customs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, you will be charged for any costs, duties, fees or taxes associated with shipping the package back to BESPOKEN. Exchange orders that ship via any expedited method, or outside the contiguous U.S., will be charged for shipping.

All orders are processed within 12 hours if placed M-F before 2PM EST, all orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed the following business day. If you would like to cancel an order please contact our Customer Service for assistance e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call 646-684-3934.
We offer a one time price adjustment for full-price purchases if an item is marked down within 14 days of purchase. The item(s) must be marked down on bespokennewyork.com. To obtain a price adjustment, please contact us at 646-684-3934 or email email@example.com. Price adjustments will be issued in the original form of payment.
If BESPOKEN has a retail store presence within the state where the customer is purchasing, BESPOKEN must charge sales tax. All local state and federal taxes will be charged to all shipments being shipped in New York City and New York state. No sales tax is charged on the purchase of an E-Gift Card.
BESPOKEN reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
